Household consumption expenditure by COICOP category (61 codes) plus monthly retail trade index, for 10 EU economies, 1995–2026. Sourced directly from Eurostat — nama_10_co3_p3 + sts_trtu_m — refreshed nightly. A reseller-friendly answer when a buyer asks for “EU spending data” and Mastercard SpendingPulse or Visa CMI is overkill.
Eurostat ships these datasets in raw JSON-stat 2.0 with 7-dimensional keys that need protocol-level parsing every time. We do that parse once nightly, flatten to one tidy table, expose it as SQLite + CSV + JSON. Same column layout across all 10 countries — join in plain SQL.

Personal Consumption Expenditures (T20405, monthly, ~80 categories) + Consumer Expenditure Survey (annual, by demographic) + revolving consumer credit (REVOLSL, monthly, G.19) + Monthly Retail Trade Survey (NAICS sectors). All four sources implemented, awaiting key provisioning.
Stub-only. ECB Data Portal blocks unauthenticated SDMX queries (400 “access blocked”). The four national stats offices duplicate what Eurostat already provides cleanly; activated only when a buyer needs higher-frequency or finer-grained slices.
