Every (company × technology) cell carries a confidence score 0.0-1.0. Filter aggressively on confidence ≥ 0.8 for "treat as fact" decisions; use 0.5-0.8 as signal layer for outbound prioritization. Below 0.5 = lead indicator, useful for batch ABM only.
Coverage depth is strongest in DE / UK / NL / FR / IE (high signal density) and lighter in BG / HR / SK / LV / EE (smaller economies, less public signal). Companies < 10 employees have thinner stacks. Coverage % per country shipped in the README.
