This is an underwriting and pricing dataset. The EU has no Solvency II standardized wildfire module, so our composite risk score cannot be used directly for regulatory capital relief. It feeds your internal pricing models and reinsurance treaty negotiations — not your SCR submission. Buy it for that, not against it.
ES + PT + IT + GR + HR + FR-South only. Northern EU wildfire (DE, PL, SE) is structurally different and not in v1. DACH multi-peril (flood + hail + windstorm) is a separate product launching 2027. US wildfire (MTBS / WUI) is not in scope — we're EU-first by design.
EFFIS burnt-area NRT has 1-3 day satellite lag. ERA5 climate refreshes monthly. National fire stats refresh annually. We deliver quarterly bundles — if you need event-driven alerts within 24h of a major fire, ask about the Event Bulletin add-on (€2K / event). Real-time monitoring is not what this product is for.
